Crossroads Counseling Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, accessible, and affordable therapeutic treatment, support services, and educational programming. Our commitment is to ensure that all individuals receive the highest level of care from our passionate and non-judgmental professionals.

We understand that our clients come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, which is why we offer a fee scale program to cater to individual needs. Our services are available through self-payment, Medicaid, and most private health plans. We have four (4) outpatient offices, two (2) residential facilities, one (1) sober living group home, two (2) transitional housing apartments, group and individual therapeutic treatment options, case management services, and educational programming.

Our Services

At Crossroads Counseling Services, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our primary therapeutic treatment approach is through outpatient programs including individual, group, and family counseling. Our services are tailored to help individuals maintain their personal, work, and/or school lifestyle as they engage in their individualized journey.

We offer a variety of programs such as Adult Drug Court, Driver Intervention Program (DIP), Eating Disorders, Group Counseling, Individual Outpatient Counseling, Jail Services, Medical Provider Services, Prevention Education & Community Outreach, Residential Treatment, Sober Living, and Underage Consumption Program. Each program is designed to address specific needs and help individuals overcome their challenges.

Crossroads Counseling Services has multiple locations to serve you better. Our Central Office is located at 255 W. Main St., PO Box 118, St. Clairsville, OH 43950. We also have offices in Belmont County, Harrison County, and Monroe County. Each office is equipped with experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of care.
