Services
Our Individual Therapy service is designed for those experiencing out-of-control sexual behaviors and difficulties with intimacy. We offer care through telehealth and in-person sessions in Central New Jersey. The focus is on developing coping skills, reducing compulsive patterns, rebuilding trust, and supporting healthier, more open relationships grounded in recovery and personal growth.
Our practice provides therapy for partners dealing with the effects of sex and porn addiction within a relationship. We use a structured clinical framework that supports both individual counseling and couples work. Sessions address distress, confusion, and loss of trust while reducing emotional distance. We guide clients toward recovery, clarity, and healthier relationships.
We recognize addiction as an illness rooted in and perpetuating secrecy and emotional isolation. In our group therapy for sex addiction and intimacy anorexia, we focus on developing new ways to connect with others. Participants share their recovery experiences with individuals facing similar challenges. Members are encouraged to maintain contact outside of sessions to foster support, accountability, and deeper healing.
Persistent pornography use and compulsive sexual behavior can continue even after significant efforts to stop. Many men appear outwardly stable while privately experiencing urges, secrecy, shame, and emotional overwhelm. We offer outpatient psychological services in Jackson, NJ for men seeking professional and individualized therapy. Our approach targets emotional drivers, relapse cycles, and long-term development of self-control and healthier relationships.

I work with people struggling with porn and sex addictions who want help stopping them. Too many people are trying to heal from their addictions on their own. This is causing them to feel incredible loneliness and shame as they get caught up in a cycle. If the issues aren't addressed with outside help they can end up getting worse.

I started working with people struggling with porn or sex addictions because I saw so many people are stuck living a life in which they are desperately lonely as a result of their addiction. They don’t realize what's missing in their life because their secret addiction has masked the emptiness they feel and they no longer have the ability to fix the problems in their lives.
