Our team of dedicated professionals is led by Owner and Licensed Therapist, Lauren Goldbach, who has extensive experience in treating First Responders, trauma, and childhood sexual abuse. Kayleigh Sampanes, a licensed therapist, specializes in Life Coaching, helping individuals achieve their goals and create the life they desire. Our therapists have received specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to ensure you receive the best possible care.

Quality of Service

Openmarkers had a particularly bad experience, stating that they were sent to the wrong office and were told not to bother coming when they realized their mistake. On the other hand, Jessica Gill, Carol Smith, Nicole Samawi, and Brj all had excellent experiences, with most of them working with therapists other than Rhanda, such as Paula and Lauren.

Communication issues were a major problem for Openmarkers, who stated that Rhanda never bothered to call to check in when they didn't show up. However, most reviewers did not mention any issues with communication, suggesting that the therapists they worked with were effective and attentive.

Therapist Expertise

The reviewers who worked with Paula and Lauren mentioned that they were impressed with their therapists' expertise in the field of trauma and counseling. Carol Smith also mentioned that Rhanda helped her develop skills that she could apply to her business. Only Openmarkers mentioned a lack of expertise, stating that they were sent to the wrong office and told not to bother coming.

Recommendation

While Openmarkers would not recommend Rhanda, the other reviewers would highly recommend their therapists. Carol Smith, Nicole Samawi, and Brj all mentioned that they would definitely return to see their therapists again, while Jessica Gill mentioned that she would be happy to go back to Paula when she's ready to work through trauma again.
