At CADA Prevention & Recovery Center, our mission is to promote a safe and healthy community by providing prevention, treatment, and recovery support services that foster well-being and resilience. We envision a flourishing Greater New Orleans where every person thrives, free from the impacts of addiction and trauma.

Program Philosophy

Our holistic philosophy teaches adaptive coping mechanisms to address underlying issues, allowing individuals to become capable of a life free from addiction, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders. We incorporate family, friends, and community resources to provide support for a stable recovery environment.

Services

We offer a range of services aimed at promoting recovery and well-being. Our programs include:

  • Prevention: Substance abuse assessments, substance abuse education, case management services, intensive outpatient program, self-help group, violence intervention programs, mental health counseling, and more.
  • Treatment: Evidence-based approaches to treating substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, including individual and group therapy, family education, and medical treatment.
  • Recovery: Ongoing support and assistance to help individuals maintain their recovery, including individualized case management services and access to community resources.

Our team includes a medical doctor trained in addiction medicine and psychiatry, licensed addiction counselors, licensed professional counselors, social workers, and other staff trained in the treatment of substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
