They reported feeling unprofessional, unhelpful, and even thief-like, stating that Dr. Stacho asked for a credit card number on a piece of paper and then sent the patient on a wild goose chase to get cash for the session. The patient felt that Dr. Stacho was more interested in his money and watch than in providing service.
