Problems with Billing and Customer Service
Several reviewers have experienced issues with billing and customer service at this facility. Christine Cosgrove was charged $150 for a letter, which she felt was predatory and only accessible to those with limited incomes. Michael Geraci had a session cut short and was offered a private pay option instead of a copay, which he felt was stingy. Terry Lunstrum had issues with the intake process, including appointment changes and miscommunication about adding a spouse's phone number to the account. Liza Sandra was left without a new counselor after being told she would be getting one, and Rae Cardenas had issues with the billing department's customer service, including being charged extra fees without notice.
Technical Issues
There have also been some issues with technology and software used at the facility. Michael Geraci experienced technical difficulties that caused him to wait 33 minutes before his session. Terry Lunstrum's software did not meet the needs of couples counseling, and Rae Cardenas had issues with the billing department's online portal.
Positive Experiences with Counselors
Despite these issues, there have been some positive experiences with counselors at the facility. Allison P. praised Anastasia Gonzales MS, LPC for being patient, understanding, and able to listen. Christopher Burrow and Samuel Nixson both expressed satisfaction with the services their loved ones received. Samuel Nixson was particularly impressed with the practice manager, Veronica, who helped resolve an issue with his son's transfer quickly and efficiently.
