Simply call our office, have your insurance card ready, and we'll schedule your appointment. On the day of your appointment, our providers will connect with you via phone, tablet, or computer.
Psychiatry Services
We are now offering psychiatry services, providing both psychotherapy and medication management for patients with a wide variety of issues. Our experienced providers will work closely with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

Availability and Scheduling Issues
Several reviewers experienced difficulties with scheduling appointments, calling the office, and receiving refunds. Carli Armitage was unable to refill her prescription due to unavailability, while Kristi Kittendorf had her appointment canceled twice without a return call. May Mm was discharged due to missing an appointment she wasn't aware of, and Amber Tipton was frustrated with the office not opening on time.
Staff and Service Quality
Some reviewers praised the staff, particularly Rachel Coblentz, Rick, and Chris, who were described as friendly, warm, and professional. Terri Riggs appreciated Rick's efficiency, and Shirley Scott commended the front office staff on Stephanie Street. Dekko praised the overall staff, finding them super nice and helpful.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, several reviewers had negative encounters, including being asked about insurance before receiving information (Ciara Rusk). Jane Smith agreed with another reviewer about poor customer service from Shelly and April, and also had an unfavorable experience with psychologist David Schroeder. Carli Armitage and Kristi Kittendorf were disappointed with the lack of assistance and communication.
