Disappointing Experience
Several reviewers have shared negative experiences with the facility. Lack of Communication is a common thread throughout the reviews. Adrian Navarro waited three weeks for a call back that never happened, and when he called to follow up, he was told repeatedly that someone would call him back, but he never received a call. Rayna Gentry-Cook was promised that a counselor would come to her home twice, but the counselor never showed up.
Poor Treatment
The reviews also highlight Poor Treatment of patients. Christopher M. George Castle mentions that there is no room, and staff members make fun of patients, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Rayna Gentry-Cook felt disrespected and unprofessional treatment when she was stood up by the counselor.
Limited Positive Feedback
It's worth noting that only one reviewer, Ruth Jones, provided positive feedback. She mentions that she likes the employees and doctors, and they have done a great job with her since her car accident.
