Our Board-Certified Counselors are available for a range of services, including:

  • Parenting Consultation: Our team can provide support and guidance as you navigate the joys and challenges of parenting.
  • Child & Adolescent Counseling: We offer individual counseling for children and teens, tailored to their unique needs and concerns.
  • Parent & Child Counseling: We work with parents and children together to strengthen their relationship and improve communication.
  • Preparing Your Child For Counseling: Our team can help you prepare your child for their first counseling session, making the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
  • Family Therapy: We work with families to address and resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.
  • Couples Counseling: Our team can help you and your partner improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your relationship.
  • Marathon Couples Therapy: For couples looking for a more intensive counseling experience, we offer Marathon Couples Therapy, which consists of multiple sessions in a single day.
  • Sports & Performance Psychology: We help athletes and performers of all ages and skill levels improve their mental game and reach their full potential.
  • Online Therapy: Our Teletherapy (Online Counseling) option is a convenient and flexible way to receive counseling services from the comfort of your own home.
  • EMDR Therapy: We offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a therapeutic technique that can help individuals overcome traumatic memories and experiences.
  • Cancer Support: We provide counseling and support for individuals and families affected by cancer.
  • Trainings and Workshops: Our team can provide customized trainings and workshops for organizations and groups.
  • LPC Supervision: We offer supervision for Licensed Professional Counselors seeking licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Video Gaming: Our team can provide support and guidance for individuals and families affected by video game addiction.

What We Don't Do

While we strive to offer a wide range of services, there are some things that we do not do. We do not offer medical or psychiatric services, and we do not prescribe medication. We also do not provide long-term care or case management services.

Next Steps

Is counseling right for you? We understand that taking the first step can be difficult, but we are here to support you every step of the way. Our team of licensed counselors is available for daytime, evening, and weekend (Saturday) appointments, and we accept most major insurance plans. We offer counseling services in our Harrisburg and Lancaster offices, as well as through Teletherapy (Online Counseling).
