Disappointing Experience with Ms. Grady
Ms. Grady has failed to respond to repeated attempts at contact by Scout Finch, a potential client. Despite sending messages through her website, leaving a voicemail message, and emailing her directly, Scout has not received a response. This lack of communication is particularly concerning given the sensitivity of the therapist-patient relationship.
Poor Communication Skills and Lack of Caring
Ms. Grady's lack of response to Scout's attempts at contact has raised concerns about her communication skills and commitment to her patients. Her failure to respond could be due to not accepting new patients, but a simple six-word response would have been appreciated. Alternatively, she could have enabled an automatic email response function to advise of her vacation plans.
