Quality of Care
The reviews suggest a mixed bag when it comes to the quality of care provided at the facility. On the positive side, some reviewers mention that the staff were intuitive, caring, and looked out for the well-being of the children in their care (Rosalee Elmore, Dalila Arevalo, Heather Marie Burkes, and Heather Liserio). These reviewers specifically mention that the staff were friendly, understanding, and went above and beyond to provide a safe and supportive environment.
Concerns and Criticisms
On the other hand, some reviewers have expressed concerns and criticisms about the care provided. Tyler Gerber describes the care as "lazy" and "dismissive, " while Sebastian Tugwell is critical of the way staff have been treated during the pandemic, stating that management has shown no care for their physical or mental well-being. Sebastian's review suggests that the staff have been undervalued and mistreated, which can have a negative impact on the care provided to the children.
