Born and raised in New York City, I have always been drawn to the performing arts. As a figure skater and actress, I have experienced firsthand the pressures and stress that come with competitive endeavors. My unique life path has given me a deep understanding of the mental and emotional struggles that people face in their daily lives. I have worked with clients dealing with a range of issues, from depression and anxiety to addiction and relationship problems.
