Integrity Counseling

At Integrity Counseling, we are committed to helping individuals, couples, and families create better futures for themselves. Our journey began in 2014 with one provider, Bridgit Pankonin, LPCC, who had a vision to make a positive impact on her clients' lives. Over the years, we have grown into a group of dedicated providers, offering a wide range of services and counseling sessions designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping others navigate through life's challenges. Bridgit A. Pankonin, our Clinical Supervisor, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with extensive education and training in Forensic Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Merit Fondong, a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, brings her expertise in family medicine and psychiatry to our team. Adriene Wade Harms, a Clinical Student under supervision, is working towards her LPCC and is interested in specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Our Services

At Integrity Counseling, we understand that everyone faces challenges in life, and we believe that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. We offer individual counseling services to help you work through life changes and adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, panic disorders, grief & loss, and suicidal thoughts. Our experienced providers will walk alongside you on your journey, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore your feelings and develop coping strategies.

We also provide marriage and relationship counseling to help you address and improve communication, connection, commitment, and conflict resolution. Our providers will help you build stronger relationships and guide you through the challenges that come with maintaining healthy relationships.

In addition, we offer family counseling to help you navigate through family struggles and build a successful future for your family. Our providers can assist with communication, parenting training, parent/child interactions, and team building within your family unit.

Locations

Our main office is located in Perham, Minnesota, where we provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. We have a playroom for kids and therapy rooms designed to meet the specific needs of each client. Our providers are available by appointment Monday through Thursday, and we look forward to helping you create a better future.
