"Life is a JOURNEY" as we all face difficult challenges that affect our way of life, who we are, and our social environments. These challenges can result in hurt, depression, anxiety, feeling of loss, and a need to be validated and accepted. No one should go through the JOURNEY and these challenges alone. Our counselors will meet you where you are in life's travel and journey with you to aid in navigating these difficulties.
