Therapist Unprofessionalism and Lack of Competence
Several reviewers have shared negative experiences with the therapists at this establishment. One reviewer, Lili L., shared her traumatic experience of being reported to CPS after opening up about abuse she was enduring, only to be convinced by the therapist that she was lying. This reviewer went as far as to state that they would never recommend this place due to the therapist's unprofessional behavior.
Another reviewer, N. G., had a similar experience, where their therapist blamed them for being verbally mistreated by their partner. This victim-blaming behavior is unacceptable and has led to a 1-star review.
On the other hand, Joshua Blackwell had a positive experience with one of the therapists, John, who was caring, kind, and empathetic.
Autism Testing and Counseling Issues
Brooke and Chance Nicolls had a frustrated experience with the Autism testing process. Despite initially being told that their daughter would receive official testing, they were ultimately left without the results and had to cancel future appointments. The couple was unhappy with the process, feeling that they were scammed out of money and time, and is disputing the charges with their insurance company.
