About Us

I, Lea Kiralla, M.A., LMHC, am a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. As a professor of psychology and history, I am deeply fascinated by the human experience, our perceptions of reality, and the ways in which we construct our own narratives. My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from various theoretical orientations, including existential-humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic approaches. My goal is to create a supportive and empathetic environment that allows individuals to explore their own unique experiences, emotions, and stories.
