The Counseling Center of New Smyrna Beach stands as Volusia County's most trusted and established counseling center, having proudly served the community for over three decades. The practice began its journey as an Associated Psychiatric Service under the esteemed leadership of Dr. Young, later transitioning to Dr. Siniakin's direction. In 2007, under the visionary guidance of our current CEO, Shane Porter, the center underwent a transformative rebranding, embracing growth and expansion to better accommodate the evolving needs of our community.

Throughout our history, our dedicated team of licensed mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists has provided top-tier, innovative mental health services, along with life coaching, to thousands of individuals, couples, families, and children across Volusia County.
