At Connections Counseling Coaching & Consulting, we understand that seeking help can be a daunting task. As a licensed counselor and certified trauma therapist, I, Vicki Martin, have dedicated my career to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to heal and grow. With over 15 years of experience in the therapy field, I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.

Our Approach

As an integrative therapist, I believe that every individual is unique and requires a personalized approach to healing. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, neuroscience, and psychology. I incorporate various therapies, including trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, to address a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, and addiction. My goal is to empower clients to rediscover their inner strength and resilience, and to re-define their sense of self-worth and identity.
