At Lifecore Rehab & Counseling Services, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals challenged by mental illness. We believe that mental illness is just as important as any other physical illness. Our licensed and qualified clinicians work with each person to empower them to manage their unique needs. Our Services

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of each individual, whether it is an emotional disability or mental health illness. Our goal is for each individual to reach personal successes. We offer individual and group therapies to best meet those needs. We provide the necessary tools to measure needs and collaboratively plan an individual program to show progress and achieve the best long-term results.

• Psychological and neurological assessments to determine appropriate therapies
• Evidence-based therapies planned and provided in collaboration with each individual client
• Therapies provided in a safe, secure, and calming environment
• Telehealth - counseling while you are in the privacy of your own home, nursing home, or other living situation

Admission Criteria

To be eligible for our services, you must:

• Be an adult of 18 years or older
• Have a referral source (physician or nursing home)
• Not be a threat to self or others
