Anger Management Education Services

Our Anger Management Education Services (AMES) are designed for self-referrals, corporate clients, business professionals, physicians and nurses, law enforcement, adolescents, couples, and families. Based on the Century Anger Management model of intervention, our classes utilize cognitive-behavioral and psycho-educational techniques. The program includes eight tools of anger control, such as dealing with stress, developing empathy, responding instead of reacting, changing self-talk, assertive communication, and adjusting expectations in relationships.

LifeSTAR

LifeSTAR is a comprehensive program that addresses sexual addiction and compulsive behavior. It provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals and their partners to address these issues and work towards recovery. Our experienced therapists use a variety of techniques and strategies to help clients understand their behaviors, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and improve their relationships.
