Our counseling services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

Social Work Supervision: Our social work supervision services are designed to help social workers develop their skills and advance their careers. We offer individual and group supervision to support social workers in achieving their professional goals and delivering high-quality services to their clients.

Our Team

Carol E. O. Anderson, MSW, LISW-CP, ACSW: Carol is the founder of Palmetto Center for Change, LLC. She is a licensed independent social worker with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Carol specializes in humanistic and systems-based approaches to therapy, incorporating a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic experiencing, narrative exposure therapy (NET), and internal family systems (IFS).

Jessica Sellers, LMSW: Jessica is a licensed master social worker with a background in trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy (TF-CBT), psychotherapy, art therapy, and play therapy. She is committed to helping clients of all ages and backgrounds overcome challenges and find healing through individualized treatment plans.

At Palmetto Center for Change, LLC, we work with individuals aged 12 and older, offering a safe and inclusive space for clients of all races, religions, genders, ages, and cultures. We are dedicated to helping our clients find the coping techniques that work best for them, providing a tailored approach to care that addresses their unique needs and goals.

How We Treat

We begin by assessing each client's current level of functioning, goals for treatment, support system, and personal strengths. Together, we develop a plan of care to improve functioning and reach these goals. Our treatment services incorporate a variety of modalities, including Brainspotting, Eclectic Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, and Narrative Therapy.
