• Angela Douglas, LPC, Owner: With extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and a full spectrum of conduct, mood, and behavior disorders, Angela offers a comprehensive approach to therapy, incorporating cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and dialectical techniques.
• Tia Carlson, LPC, NCSP: As a licensed professional counselor and school psychologist, Tia specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and a wide range of chronic mental illnesses. Her expertise includes psychological testing and assessments, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for trauma victims.
• Paula Vestin, LPC, NCC: With a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, Paula takes an integrative approach, meeting clients where they are to identify their strengths and abilities.
• Sarah Ragan, M.A., LPC, LPCC: As a licensed professional counselor and licensed professional clinical counselor, Sarah has experience in community mental health, outpatient therapy, and faith-based counseling. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
