Our Mission

The Center for New Beginnings empowers individuals and families in the North Country of New Hampshire to overcome mental health challenges and achieve lasting well-being. We provide a safe, welcoming environment where compassionate and evidenced-based therapy meets individual needs.

Who We Are

Established in 1985, the Center for New Beginnings is a non-profit organization guided by a dedicated Board of Directors. We boast a team of experienced mental health professionals including psychologists, social workers, and counselors who collectively offer diverse expertise and treatment approaches.

We provide a comprehensive range of services to address diverse needs, including:

Individual Therapy

• Short-term and long-term therapy for various mental health concerns.

• Medication management (referrals only).

Family & Couples Therapy

• Co-parenting support and conflict resolution.
