Welcome to Jill A. Lee Counseling, PLLC, a professional counseling practice in New Braunfels, Texas. My name is Jill A. Lee, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in helping people from all faith backgrounds cope with life's challenges. As an ordained minister, I'm passionate about providing a supportive, respectful, and compassionate environment where individuals can work through their struggles and achieve their goals.

My Philosophy

My approach to counseling is client-centered, meaning that I believe each of us has what we need within us to cope with the challenges we face. My role is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I'll work with you to identify patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, and together we'll develop strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve positive change.

Services

As a licensed counselor, I offer individual and family therapy sessions to adults and teens. I specialize in helping clients dealing with issues related to life transitions, difficult relationships, trauma, grief and loss, and marriage and family challenges. I also use evidence-based techniques, such as EMDR, to help clients process traumatic experiences and achieve emotional healing.

Personal Life

Outside of work, I'm a lifelong Texan, married to my wonderful husband, and we're blessed with grown children and grandchildren. We relocated to the New Braunfels area in 2011 to be closer to our family. When I'm not spending time with loved ones, you can find me reading, sewing, or enjoying the great outdoors.
