These approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Mindful and Somatic Awareness, Flash Technique, and Energy Psychology Applications like Effective Freedom Technique (tapping). Flash Technique: A Minimally Intrusive Approach

The Flash Technique (FT) is a recently developed therapeutic intervention that allows individuals to process traumatic memories without feeling overwhelmed or distressed. This minimally intrusive approach is particularly beneficial for individuals who have experienced severe trauma or are sensitive to intense emotional stimuli.

Session Options and Pricing

We offer individual sessions in 45-minute increments, with prices starting at $215 per session. For a more comprehensive experience, our Intensive Package includes pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations, personalized treatment workbooks, and two hours of outside support. This package is priced at $2,700.

Insurance and Payment Information

Please note that Leah Danley Counseling is not in-network with any insurance providers. However, some insurance plans may cover sessions with me under their "out-of-network provider" mental health benefits policy. Clients can request a monthly statement for out-of-network benefits and file with their insurance carrier. We also accept credit/debit cards, cash, or check for payment.
