Reviews
Positive: The one positive comment mentions a therapist who is "amazing" and a team that is "helpful and kind".
Negative: A common thread throughout the negative comments is frustration with inefficient communication, unhelpful staff, and sometimes unprofessional behavior from therapists.

Efficiency and Communication Issues

Many reviewers reported struggles with scheduling appointments, getting calls back, and receiving necessary information. Author Joannah Honke waited over a month for an appointment and was told to check her spam for a link to a telehealth meeting, only to receive it 17 minutes after her scheduled appointment time. Author Lily Wisner's phone appointment was abruptly ended when she asked to put her baby down.

Quality of Therapy

On the other hand, Author Pzychotic Rodriguez praised their therapist, stating that all staff is helpful and kind. However, other reviewers expressed negative experiences with their therapists. Author Jane Doe's therapist was great, but the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Author Zeb Buffenmyer's attempts to schedule an appointment were hindered by insurance issues and a rude receptionist.

Ethics and Professionalism

Author Jade Wilson reported a concerning incident with therapist Carla Libby, who admitted to being unqualified to handle their joint parenting counseling sessions and then wrote a letter to the judge without authority, breaking HIPAA laws. Author Kitty Queen had a therapist who was consistently late, distracted by her phone, and asked uncomfortable questions.

General Disappointment

Several reviewers expressed disappointment with their experiences at this mental health resource. Author Amoree saw a counselor who refused to see her after missing an appointment, and Author Christin Zamora was treated poorly by the receptionist from the start.
