Our mission is to provide individuals, couples, and groups with therapy that offers hope and empowerment to make the necessary lifestyle changes that will elicit healthier living. We believe that everyone deserves access to mental health services, which is why we offer online therapy to individuals throughout the state of Pennsylvania, with a special focus on the Greater Philadelphia region.

About Our Founder, Benjamin Cerniglia, LPC, NCC, CPRP

Benjamin Cerniglia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Peer Recovery Professional (CPRP). He is also a Ph. D. candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Eastern University. With years of experience in the field, Ben has a passion for empowering individuals and families to make positive changes in their lives.

Ben's approach to counseling is eclectic, with a client-centered approach that focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment. He implements cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, premarital/marital counseling, lifespan changes, adjustment to life transitions, relationship problems, Christianity, sexual issues, pornography addiction/dependency, and more.
