Transforming lives through Christ-centered biblical counseling
The Owen Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Christ-centered, biblical counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Our mission is to offer affordable counseling services to all who request it, regardless of their financial means or background. We believe that every person is made in the image of God and deserves to be loved, valued, and empowered to live a full and meaningful life.
Our Counseling Philosophy
At the Owen Center, we believe that God is the ultimate remedy for personal and relational brokenness. We believe that Jesus Christ, the crucified and risen Lord and Savior, is the ultimate truth and authority for every life and circumstance. Our counseling is guided by the love, kindness, truth, and compassion of Jesus, and our goal is to help people know, trust, and follow Him.
Our counseling approach is based on a deep understanding of the human condition and the authority of God's Word. We believe that true transformation comes from a personal, healing relationship with Christ, and we seek to empower people to live a life that is pleasing to Him. We also believe that the church is the primary carrier for the transformation of people and culture, and we work closely with Christian leaders and congregations to build and grow safe places for broken people.
Our Services
We offer a range of counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Our counselors are highly trained and experienced in biblical counseling, and we use evidence-based practices to help people overcome a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
We also offer group counseling sessions and support groups for people struggling with addiction, grief, and other issues. Our counseling services are designed to be accessible and affordable, and we work with each person to develop a customized plan that meets their unique needs and goals.

How We Work
At the Owen Center, we believe that counseling is a collaborative effort between the counselor and the client. We work closely with each person to develop a customized plan that meets their unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based practices and biblical principles to help people overcome their challenges and achieve lasting transformation.
We also believe in the importance of building strong relationships with our clients and supporting them every step of the way. We understand that seeking help can be a vulnerable and intimidating process, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment that honors and respects each person.
