Our Services
At Crossbridge, we offer a variety of therapeutic services designed to cater to the needs of late adolescents/young adults (16-25), adults, and couples. Our areas of specialty include trauma, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, personality disorder, self-regulation, bereavement/grief/loss, major life transitions, attachment issues, and couples counseling. We understand that every individual's journey is unique, and we are committed to providing personalized attention and care to each client.
