Our Therapists

Aaron Martinez, M.Ed. LPC-S, brings a wealth of experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. He has a particular interest in Christian counseling and has extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Aaron has a compassion for those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and he is passionate about helping clients find peace and healing.

Brenda Whitfield, LPC-S, RPT-S, has a broad range of therapeutic experience, including working with clients of all ages. She specializes in Christian counseling, play therapy, and trust-based relationship intervention. Brenda has spent many years honing her skills in treating anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma. Her warm and empathetic approach has helped countless individuals, couples, and families find relief and healing.

Patti Monroe, M.A. LPC, has over 20 years of experience in counseling. With a comprehensive understanding of mental health and relationships, Patti is adept at helping clients overcome a wide range of challenges. Her extensive experience spans client populations of all ages, from children to seniors, and includes work with individuals, couples, and families. Patti is well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
